These Terms & conditions (“Terms”) govern access to carecnx.com, demo requests, the client portal, and related CareConnext services offered by Founders Bay Technologies, Inc. (“CareConnext,” “we,” “us”).

1. Acceptance

By using this website, submitting a demo signup, or accessing the client portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Demo access

Product demos require signup with accurate work contact information. Demo access is discretionary, may be scheduled subject to availability, and does not create a paid support relationship unless a separate agreement is executed.

3. Client portal

Portal credentials are issued to contracted customers or approved demo participants. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment under an applicable agreement.

4. Services & packages

Descriptions of Essential, Professional, Enterprise, and custom packages on this site are informational. Binding commercial terms, scope, fees (including annual support beginning at $10,000), and service levels are defined only in a signed statement of work or master services agreement.

5. AI-assisted features

Where AI-assisted mapping, exception detection, or archive suggestions are provided, outputs are decision-support aids. Clinical, HIM, and IT owners remain responsible for reviewing and accepting changes. AI features do not replace professional judgment or regulatory obligations.

6. Healthcare data

Do not submit protected health information (PHI) through public website forms. PHI and production clinical data are handled only under separate contractual, technical, and compliance controls agreed with your organization.

7. Intellectual property

CareConnext®, site content, software, and trademarks remain the property of Founders Bay Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. No license is granted except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

8. Disclaimers

The website and demo materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the public site and unpaid demos.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareConnext is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website or demo use. Liability under paid agreements is governed by those agreements.
